Do you rebuild every pillar in every engagement?

No. Each engagement focuses on the pillar(s) the buyer named, usually one or two. We don't sell methodology audits. You pick the lever you want firing harder, we build the workflows behind it, and your team owns the result. Other pillars stay as they are unless you renew next quarter to tackle the next one.

Is this done-for-you?
