The short version.
I spent a decade running large operations. Tesco, Lidl, Evri. Leading thousands of people, managing multi-million pound P&Ls, and figuring out what it actually takes to get people to change how they work.
That last part is the important bit. The people with the ideas are usually not the people doing the work, and the people doing the work haven't been given a good enough reason to change. So I sit in both seats. I build the workflow with the team that runs it, and I stay until they own it.

What I believe.
AI won't replace people. People using AI will replace people not using AI.
AI is a tool, not the answer. In skilled hands it's insane. In lazy hands it's a glorified search engine.
Every employee can spot issues and fix them. The goal is a team of problem solvers, not doers waiting for instructions.
Big businesses are most primed for AI but least likely to adopt it. Red tape, bureaucracy, and 'we've always done it this way' kill more AI projects than bad technology.
