The short version.
I spent a decade running large operations. Tesco, Lidl, Evri. Leading thousands of people, managing multi-million pound P&Ls, and figuring out what it actually takes to get people to change how they work.
That last part is the important bit. Because most AI initiatives fail for the exact same reason every other transformation programme fails: the people with the ideas are not the people doing the work. And the people doing the work haven't been given a good enough reason to change.
I've sat in the seat your team sits in. I've been the one telling 2,000 people that the way they've always done things is about to change. I know what resistance looks like. I know what breaks it. And I know that a training day isn't it.
That's why I built the EMBED Method — a framework for getting non-technical teams to adopt AI on their real work. Not theory. Not demos. Their actual daily problems, solved with AI, until the new way of working is just how they operate.
I don't build AI systems. I build teams of problem solvers who happen to use AI.
How I got here.
Early career
Tesco Directorship Programme
10,000 applicants. 18 places. By 23, managing stores and leading large teams. The programme that taught me what operational leadership actually means.
West London
Senior Operations, Lidl
Ran West London for the fastest-growing retailer in the UK. Then moved to senior consulting, working directly with directors on national strategy.
London operations
Regional Director, Evri
Led 2,000+ people across London. Drove £150M in profit growth. Learned the hard truth: transformation only works when people change how they work, not just what tools they use.
2024
Founded Styfinity
Took everything I'd learned about leading people through change and applied it to the biggest shift in how businesses operate: AI adoption.
2025
MD, TNT Growth (Inc. 5000)
Brought on as Managing Director for an Inc. 5000 performance marketing company. 422nd fastest-growing in the US. Now I run both.
What I believe.
AI won't replace people. People using AI will replace people not using AI.
AI is a tool, not the answer. In skilled hands it's insane. In lazy hands it's a glorified search engine.
Every employee can spot issues and fix them — the goal is a team of problem solvers, not doers waiting for instructions.
Big businesses are most primed for AI but least likely to adopt it. Red tape, bureaucracy, and 'we've always done it this way' kill more AI projects than bad technology.
Micro improvements are the huge differences. Not one golden bullet — a thousand small wins that compound.
Don't outsource your brain to AI. Treat it as a thinking partner, not an answer machine.
Let's talk about your business.
30 minutes. No pitch. I'll tell you exactly where AI could create the most impact and whether I'm the right person to help.
