How long is the call?
30 minutes. The shape is consistent: 5 minutes on context, 15 minutes on diagnosis, 10 minutes on the matched package and what Workflow #1 looks like. If we run over because the conversation is genuinely useful, we run over. The 30-minute number is the floor for value, not a hard stop.
Is the call free?
