What's included in every package?

Workflow #1 live by Week 4 or month 1 retainer is removed automatically. Build Phase plus ongoing Operate Phase. Build Phase Gates at Weeks 2, 4, 8, 12 (or 2, 4, 8, 16, 20, 24 for the 6-month builds). Week 2 Diagnostic Output (Loom plus dashboard plus Workflow #1 spec). 15% referrer fee on introduced clients. Quarterly minimum, no lock-in beyond that. You leave with a system your team operates.
