How long is the call?

30 minutes. The shape is consistent: 5 minutes on context, 15 minutes on which service fits + scope, 10 minutes on what Month 1 looks like. If we run over because the conversation is genuinely useful, we run over. The 30-minute number is the floor for value, not a hard stop.

Is the call free?

Yes. The package match, any proposal preview, and the 30-minute discovery call with Josh are all free. We don't charge for diagnosis. The first paid step is the engagement itself, and each service comes with its own guarantee — Get the Engine ships your first workflow live by Week 4 or month 1 is removed, Get the Calls delivers minimum 8 qualified calls a month from Month 3 or Josh works 6 weeks free.

Do I have to commit on the call?

No. The call ends with a clear scope and a 1-page proposal. You sit with it, talk to your co-decision-maker, sleep on it. Standard ask is yes-or-no within 48 hours of the call so the engagement doesn't drift, but nobody's signing on the call. Decisions get made in writing, with the proposal in hand.

What if Styfinity isn't the right fit?

We'll tell you on the call. If your stage doesn't match any of the 5 packages under Get the Engine, or you're not at the deal size + marketing-spend level where Get the Calls economics work, we say so and refer you to someone who does. Bad-fit engagements waste both sides' time. We'd rather route you to the right partner and earn the referral fee than scope a forced fit.
