What actually happens on the call?

It's a working session. I map where your revenue is leaking, the two or three highest-leverage fixes, and what your next 90 days should look like — then hand you the plan to keep. If we're a fit, I'll show you how I'd run it (Get the Engine — I build it, you operate it; or The Revenue Partnership — I build and run it for you). If we're not, I tell you straight. Either way you leave with a plan.

Is it really free? What's the catch?

Genuinely free, for the next two weeks. There's no catch — I give the first session away because the best client relationships start with a founder feeling the value first. The only honest 'catch' is that I only work with three clients at a time, so I'm using the call to decide if we're a fit too. Worst case, you get a free strategy session I'd normally charge for, and a plan you can run yourself.

Why only two weeks?

Because I only take on three clients at any one time. I open a short free window when I have room for the next right fit, and once I find them it closes. If you're sitting on a growth problem, this is the window to use it.

How long is it?

30 minutes — the floor for value, not a hard stop. A few minutes on your situation, the bulk on diagnosis and the highest-leverage fixes, then what your next 90 days should look like. If it's genuinely useful and runs over, it runs over.

Do I have to commit to anything?
