Can you name the specific person whose specific workflow this will change? If not, you're building a demo, not a pilot.
Can you name the champion who will own adoption on the ground? If not, you're relying on top-down mandate, which has a terrible track record.
Can you state the success metric in one sentence? If not, you won't know whether it worked — and neither will anyone else.
